BeaconAI LLC does not process or control these refunds. To request a refund for a mobile subscription, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
Subscriptions purchased directly on colorshare.app are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, refunds, and related customer service for these purchases in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s own refund policies. To request a refund for a web subscription, contact Paddle’s Order Support team at paddle.net, where you can look up your order and request a refund. Once Paddle processes a refund, it may take a short time for your ColorShare account to reflect the change.
