ColorShare has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content or conduct that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits minors. This page explains our standards, how we detect and act on violations, and how to report a concern.
Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors — including CSAM, grooming behavior, or attempts to solicit minors — is strictly prohibited on ColorShare. A violation results in immediate permanent account termination, without warning or strike progression, and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law.
ColorShare requires users to confirm they are 18 or older during account creation by entering their date of birth. Any account later discovered to have misrepresented its age is terminated. See Terms of Service (Section 2) and Privacy Policy (Section 5) for details.
Use the Report User feature on any user's profile to report suspected CSAM, grooming, or endangerment of a minor. You can also Block a user immediately from your account at any time in Settings.
Email legal@colorshare.app with as much detail as you can provide (username, post or profile link, and a description of the concern).
You can also report suspected CSAM directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, or call 1-800-843-5678.
Reports involving suspected CSAM or child endangerment are prioritized and reviewed as an immediate-permanent-ban case — see the Strike System exceptions in our Terms of Service (Section 6). We cooperate with law enforcement and NCMEC in connection with these reports as required by law.
